How to work from home while you have a family

In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, EPIC have created the following Parent Resource Pack to support you in boosting your family’s resilience, reducing anxiety and ensuring your families overall wellbeing throughout these unprecedented times.

Understanding Coronavirus

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by everything you’re hearing about coronavirus disease (COVID-19) right now. Children might find it difficult to understand what they are seeing online or on TV – or hearing from other people – so they can be particularly vulnerable to feelings of worry. By having open and supportive discussions with your children, you can help them understand, cope and boost their resilience. The resources below will help to support your children’s understanding of COVID-19.
